Very good and courteous staff, breakfasts were awesome.
The venue was pleasant, I greatly enjoyed the location near old city center and many tourist attractions, and pool views. The hotel had a very central setting right in the centre of things. Moreover, Art and Cultural Centre was just a short stroll away from the place.

The hotel should be rated two stars not four! Dirty and smelly rooms. Towels r super old and worn out. Pillows are bad quality. I booked for three nights but had to checked out to another hotel after one night stay. Do not recommend to families. The price is way too high for this kind of hotel. Disappointed. Will never go back again.

The king room was massive, giving us plenty of space. Its location right in the heart of everything was a definite bonus. We really enjoyed our time here, the vibe was great and we’re already thinking about coming back for another visit! 🌟

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Price was reasonable for comfort and services provided
This is a very minor improvement to suggest but although breakfast was a good range and quantity I would have liked some crisp bacon with the excellent omlette

The rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, terry dressing gowns, and shower caps in the bathroom. A wide variety of breakfast options at a reasonable price to cater to all tastes. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall.

The staff were professional and very helpful. The room was very high quality in terms of linens and towels and maid service. Room service and quality of food was at a very high standard. I plan to stay at the Charoenthani Hotel when I next travel to Khon Kaen.
